At a young a young age Geoffrey was always interested and performed in theatre. At secondary school he became passionate about filmmaking, and made several short films, some that went to festivals. In his gap year he made an award winning short My Grandma. This gave him an uncontrollable passion to continue making films. He spent three years at university in Bristol studying film. He has traveled making films and has attended many film festivals. He completed his degree in Media Practice, where he wrote, directed and produced his latest film, Isabella. Recurring themes in his works are about isolation and escape. In his work he tries to create fantastical moments within simple stories by taking the audience on a journey into another world. Isabella has already won four awards, two of which were at Encounters festival 2007. Geoffrey is currently working as freelance and is also making a digital short in Bristol. He hopes to continue to travel, make more short films and music videos.

Danny, seven years old is trapped in an empty office with his mum, a cleaner; she’s heard hovering. Bored Danny plays under the tables. Intrigued by the reflections, breathes on the window. Amazed by the condensation he rubs it off and notices a young girl wearing a large coat staring at him. After an intimate gaze, Danny pulls a face and breathes against the window, writing and mouthing his name. The condensation fades, the Girl copies but it does not stay.
 
They chase each other, darting side to side, creating a tender beautiful moment. Both have forgotten the world around them and share in a secret game. The office strip-lights turn off in sections. Desperately trying to stay in the light they move along the window. Danny is left in silhouette his Mother takes him away. The girl breathes on the window, condensation fills it. As it breaks down we see as if by magic the Girl has disappeared. Danny and his Mother appear outside. Danny looks around for the Girl, she has gone.
