Charlotte joined The Rod Hall Agency Ltd in April 1999 having spent her formative years at Samuel French Ltd. Her background includes a research MA entitled 'Deviant Divas', an academic career in performance art at the University of Kent at Canterbury, and a brief stint as a West End playwright (SAUCY JACK AND THE SPACE VIXENS).
Charlotte began recruiting clients in 2001 and took over as Managing Director of the agency in 2004. Her clients include Simon Beaufoy, Jeremy Brock, Brian Fillis, Martin McDonagh, Simon Nye, Lucy Prebble and Laura Wade.
